Clients are chosen alphabetically from the Sandata Report. This Program is based on a Monthly Subscription and the number of Participants you want to manage. If you chose a 25 Participants Plan, you will only be able to manage the first 25 alphabetically Clients from Sandata. If a Clients is not in the Sandata list, you will receive a status message "Not in Participant List" for that Client. However, there is no limit to running as many Caregivers as you need but you can only run the first 25 Caregivers on the Caregiver List. You can edit the list to run more Caregivers. This allows you to perform background checks and monitor the status of those backgrounds for all your current and potential Caregivers.

If the Participant had no services the last 45 days or the Participant is outside the allowed Max Participants the Program allows, this message will show as their status. The Demo allows up to 50 Participants.
